My Pilates story is one of resilience, empathy, and continuous growth. Despite starting my working life behind a desk, I have always been interested in the intricate wonders of the human body. This interest, combined with a personal history of health challenges and surgeries, has given me a profound understanding of pain and the importance of a supportive, hands-on approach in teaching Pilates.
At the age of 30, I took the leap, following my passion for Pilates, and embracing my fear of public speaking to become a dedicated instructor.
My journey has been one of constant learning and adaptation, enhancing my skills in studio equipment like the reformer, cadillac, arc barrel, stability chair, and of course, mat work.
My focus is on prevention and rehabilitation, ensuring each exercise is tailored to maximise benefits for your body.
My personal touch extends beyond the studio. I've journeyed with clients through life's milestones, from weddings to surgeries, offering support and tailored exercise regimens. I believe in creating a community within my classes, where friendships are formed, and every individual feels valued and understood.
